CLIMB Near Peer Mentorship Program: (Year-long mentorship program) Description This program aims to develop family medicine learners into community-engaged family medicine providers who practice quality medicine with compassion. This is a multi-level mentorship program beginning with high school and ends with residency. July through December Meet (virtually) with medical students weekly September through December Mentor High School students (virtually) who are interested in medicine
