Program Description:
Aspiring artists may apply for scholarships to develop their art by attending workshops of CA artists and/or other approved artists.

Eligibility

• Age groups: 18-24, 25-34, 45-54, 55-64, 65-74, 75 years or older
• Level of experience: Beginner, Intermediate, or Professional
• Must be interested in attending a specific workshop or approved event

Application Requirements

• Completed application form
• Three recent works created within the past two years (note: text mentions both "five" and "three" works—application form specifies three images)

• References from two past instructors or mentor artists (if possible)

1. Complete the online application form at the scholarship page
2. Provide personal information: Name, address, phone, email, age group, and level of experience
3. Submit three recent artworks:
   • Upload digital images of three works created within the past two years
   • Maximum file size: 256 MB per image
   • Include for each: title, size, media, and year produced
4. Provide references: Include references from past instructors or mentor artists (if applicable)
5. Provide website address: If you have one
6. Identify target event: Specify which CAA workshop or approved event you plan to attend (required field)
7. Answer essay question: "What specific skills or knowledge do you hope to gain from this workshop?" (required field)
8. Optional: Add comments
9. Sign consent form: Certify that information is true and authorize use of your name, likeness, and non-confidential portions of application for publicity, promotional, educational, and reporting purposes
10. Submit by deadline: Applications must be received at least 30 days prior to the start date of the event you plan to attend
