Organizations eligible to apply for the Impact100 Macomb County grant must:Be classified as a “Public Charity” with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue CodeBe in possession of just-prepared external financial reviews for submission if the revenues of the nonprofit are less than $525k for the most recent prior year; if revenue is over $525K, audited statements are required for submissionMaintain operating budget at $250,000Note: More than one organization may collaborate with others on a project, but each organization must meet the above criteria.Projects eligible for the Impact100 Macomb County grant must:Predominantly serve residents of Macomb CountyHave a measurable high impact on beneficiariesDemonstrate a sustainable planMeet minimum budget requirementsExpend the funds within 36 months

Ineligibility

Impact 100 Macomb County will not provide grants for: debt reductionrelief of operating deficitsinterim or bridge fundingendowment funding individuals or private foundationsactivities that are partisan, legislative, or political in naturefraternal, sectarian, or religious organizations, unless the project benefits the broader communityfund drivesannual appealsfundraising eventsgeneral capital campaigns unrelated to a specific project.
