HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition

    Application Process

    1. Access the Application System: Organizations must use HUD's e-snaps system
    - Obtain active e-snaps account at http://www.hud.gov/esnaps

    2. Prepare Required Documents:
    - Consolidated Application (for renewal organizations)
    - Project Applications
    - Housing First/Low Barrier Questionnaire (as of 2018)
    - HUD Request for Proposals (RFP) Supplement (as of 2018)

    3. Submission Process:
    - Submit via HUD's e-snaps system by the deadline
    - Deliver hard copies to MFHC:
    - One Original (marked as original)
    - One copy
    - OR email to mfhcopeningdoors@gmail.com

    4. Review and Ranking:
    - MFHC Grant Review and Ranking Committee reviews applications
    - Projects ranked according to CoC's Ten Year Plan

    - Applicants notified if application will be part of CoC submission
    - MFHC submits consolidated and project applications to HUD
