- Organizational goals must be consistent with teachings of the Catholic Church
- Requirement: Each applying charity must have an active Charity Guild member as a sponsor - The sponsor verifies that the organization serves challenged children who need additional support to thrive - The sponsor verifies that Charity Guild funding will make a significant difference in a child's life - Sponsor must complete and submit a signed Verification of Sponsor Form

Grant Application Process
1. Review Materials:
- Download and open the Grant Instruction file (required - all details are important)
- Download the Grant Application form
- Review the Video Guide for Applicants
2. Complete Application:
- Fill out the Grant Application form
- You may complete the form digitally and print it, OR download and print, then complete by hand
- Ensure legibility if completing by hand
3. Submission:
- Submit two (2) hard copies by the deadline
- Submission required to be eligible for consideration
4. Post-Award Requirement:
- Submit a Use of Funds Report by September 15 of the grant award year
- Report must detail how grant funds were used relative to the specific request on the application
- Grant Application (completed and legible)
- Verification of Sponsor Form (signed by active Charity Guild member sponsor)
- Two hard copies of all submission materials
