Application Process
1. Prepare Application

2. Submit Application

- Grant Committee reviews application if it passes strategic plan alignment
- Applicants may be asked to participate in interview or informal Q&A
- Written notification provided within 90 days of submission deadline regarding approval, decline, deferral, or hold for further information
5. Board Approval
- If approved by GPFPE grant committee, grant must be accepted by Grosse Pointe Board of Education at regular monthly meeting
- GPFPE notifies applicant of board meeting date and invites attendance for acknowledgement
6. Post-Approval
- Submit final report form within 30 days of project completion or annual update for ongoing grants
- GPFPE board members may visit classroom to observe project and take photos
- Expect to work with GPFPE for media coverage and publicity
- Completed grant application form
- Administrator signature (original required)
