Funder: Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts
Overview: Each year, Pasadena Showcase awards gifts and grants to a broad and diverse list of non-profit organizations to support their efforts in the community. The organization underwrites concerts to ensure that the joy of live music is made available to a wide range of audiences.

- Underwriting of concerts
- Purchase of instruments and uniforms
- Choirs, musical theater, school marching bands
- Dance programs, opera, jazz bands and orchestras

- Eligible applicants: Organizations classified as tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and local schools
- Geographic scope: Programs administered and conducted in the County of Los Angeles with special consideration given to the greater Pasadena area of California
- Not eligible: Individuals, for-profit organizations

Grant Size
Grant size varies from program to program. Generally smaller grants support community-based and direct-service organizations; more substantial grants support larger organizations and services such as symphonic associations.- Applications submitted on Common Grant Application Site
