Program Overview
General Operating grants are awarded alongside Core Mission grants as part of IMPACT100's annual grant cycle. These grants support general operations of nonprofits in the Philadelphia region.

Selection Process

• Competitive award process through member voting
• Two General Operating grants typically awarded per cycle (based on 2017 cycle: 2 out of 5 finalists received $30,000 each)
• Selected through same rigorous vetting process as Core Mission grants
• Finalists present at annual member meeting for member voting

Established: 2008
Mission: Engage women in philanthropy and collectively fund high-impact grants to nonprofits in the Philadelphia region
Total Giving to Date: Over $2.3 million since founding

Application Process

• Applications submitted through SlideRoom online platform
• Two-stage process: Letter of Inquiry (LOI) followed by Full Proposal
• Member-reviewed proposals central to process
• Site visits to selected applicants
• Finalists present at annual member meeting in June

2. Selected LOIs Move to Full Proposal Stage
   • Organizations selected from LOI stage invited to submit full proposal
   • Submitted through SlideRoom
3. Site Visits
   • Selected applicants subject to site visits
4. Committee Review
   • Applications reviewed by Focus Area Committee teams
   • Teams meet multiple times to review proposals
   • Financial Review Panel provides expertise
5. Finalist Selection
   • Finalists selected through committee process
   • Finalists present at annual member meeting
6. Member Voting
   • Impact100 members vote on grantees
   • Annual meeting typically held in June

• Register SlideRoom profile as 'Organization/Group' NOT as 'Individual'
• Complete LOI form
• Complete Full Proposal form
• All applications through SlideRoom platform
