Bucks County COVID-19 Recovery Fund

Focus Areas: COVID-19 pandemic recovery, life-sustaining services, essential human services

Eligibility: United Way of Bucks County Member Agencies

The COVID-19 Recovery Fund was established in March 2020 by United Way of Bucks County to support nonprofits addressing pandemic-related impacts. As of August 2020, the fund had awarded 46 grants totaling nearly $250,000 to dozens of local nonprofits. Grant funds support essential services including:

• Safe working environments for staff
• Personal protective equipment
• Technology and video conferencing equipment
• Increased cleaning and sanitation services
• Critical support services for vulnerable populations

• Penndel Mental Health and Family Service Association

Application Process: Rolling basis applications reviewed by panel of business and nonprofit leaders. Payments released immediately.
