Muskingum County Community Foundation The Mission of the Muskingum County Community Foundation is to improve quality of life in the community by nurturing opportunities and serving needs through collaboration and philanthropy. The Envisioned Future of the Muskingum County Community Foundation is that Muskingum County’s quality of life attracts organizations and people to pursue their dreams and practice their passions. Friends of Secrest Scholarship One of the goals of the Friends of Secrest Foundation is to enhance and enrich the lives of young people as it relates to arts and entertainment. This scholarship was developed through the collaboration of the Friends of Secrest Foundation and the Muskingum County High School Choir Directors in an effort to support the high school seniors of Muskingum County in their pursuit of higher education in the area of fine arts. This application intends to award a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner based on their applications. Winners will be awarded at the December holiday concert at Secrest Auditorium. Qualifying School District: West Muskingum Local School District, Franklin Local School District, Zanesville City School District, Tri-Valley Local School District, Foxfire Community Schools, East Muskingum Local School District, Maysville Local School District, Mid-East Career and Technology CentersEligibility
