Description: The FRCC Promise Program is designed to remove financial barriers and ensure students have the resources and support they need to succeed at FRCC. This program provides last-dollar scholarships to cover tuition, fees, and books for first-generation, low-income students from targeted high schools in Larimer County.

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Graduate of a participating Larimer County high school

  • Enroll at FRCC within 16 months of high school graduation

  • Maintain 2.5 GPA (junior/senior weighted GPA) and 2.0 GPA at FRCC

  • Complete FAFSA or CASFA each year

  • Stay enrolled full-time and complete at least 24 credits per year

  • First-generation student

  • Low-income status

  • Increase college-going rates from targeted high schools

  • Improve student success

  • Strengthen community

  • Create debt-free path to higher education
