Application Process

1. Complete the Grant Application Form available at rocv.org/grants/

2. Required Information:
- Applicant Name
- Email Address
- Grant Title
- Grant Amount (in USD)
- Grade Level(s) (K-5)
- Subject/Special Area (Art, Music, PE, Literacy, ELL/ELD)

3. Detailed Proposal Section:
- How does this request align to teaching units based on priority standards?
- Purpose of Grant/Details/References/Budget Information
- Provide as much detail as possible about:
- Who the grant will impact
- How much money is needed
- How the funds will be spent
- Provide links to materials when appropriate
- Include exact price quotes if applicable

4. Additional Questions:
- Has this been discussed with your grade level team? (Yes/No)
- Have you already purchased this item and are seeking reimbursement? (Yes/No)
- Do you have a receipt? (Yes/No)
- Upload receipt if available (max file size: 5MB)
- If no receipt, explain why
- Is this a new idea, approach, or method? (Yes/No)

5. Supporting Materials:
- URLs with grant material information (optional)
- Receipt images (required for reimbursement requests, max 5MB)

6. Submission:
- Submit form online at rocv.org/grants/
- Applications reviewed on rolling basis during school year
