Fraternal Scholarship

Award Amount: $1,000

Target Audience: Incoming and current college students between ages 17 and 22

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a Catholic Order of Foresters member for at least 15 months prior to when the scholarship is awarded

Must be in good standing at the time the scholarship is awarded

Must be between ages 17 and 22

Incoming or current college student

Application Period: Open for 2025-26 school year, runs until June 30, 2026

Award Details:

Award is paid directly to the college or university

Winners will be notified by email

Preference Criteria (Optional):
Applicants should complete one of the following to strengthen their application:
1. Host a Feeding God's Children event within the application period (must register online, send event photos, complete post-event form)
2. Serve as a religious education instructor at any level (kindergarten through Confirmation) at home parish or college town during the application period

Applicants may also apply for the Feeding God's Children Grant to assist with event costs.

Note: Previous winners are eligible to apply and win again. Applicants who do not win may apply again the following year.
