Four Way: The Rose Douglas Grant

The Four Way Community Foundation, established in 1975, provides vital grants to nonprofits in Josephine and Jackson Counties. Focused on supporting organizations that serve intellectually and developmentally disabled residents, the Rose Douglas Grants typically offer up to $10,000 for operational, programmatic, or capital needs. Our History, Our Name
The Four Way Community Foundation is an independent nonprofit corporation. It was originally founded in 1975 by members of the Rotary Club of Grants Pass. Although there has been no formal association with Rotary for decades, the Foundation honors its origins and the high ethical standards it inherited and maintains by retaining its name, which derives from the Rotary “Four Way Test.”
We have faith in the competence and passion of our local nonprofits. Funding them through grants strengthens the fabric of our community by making possible diverse bodies of work led by people who are experts in their fields of service.
We use the proceeds from our invested funds to provide grants, and to offer direct services to nonprofits to help them grow and thrive. We also help donors use Donor Advised Funds and Charitable Beneficiary Funds to join us in supporting this vital local work.
The Four Way Community Foundation makes grants to nonprofits serving Josephine County and the portion of Jackson County west of the 123rd line of longitude.
