Forever Idaho Regional Grant Program - Southwestern and South Central Region

The Forever Idaho Regional Grant Program, managed by the Idaho Community Foundation, connects donors with community needs to foster impactful solutions. Grants are available for diverse operating expenses, allowing nonprofits to address pressing local issues effectively. The program emphasizes community-driven philanthropy and adapts to the evolving requirements of Idaho's communities.

For Idaho’s charitable individuals and families, ICF provides a wide variety of fully tax-deductible options to support a cherished cause, community or organization now and forever.
For Idaho’s nonprofits, ICF provides a source of local knowledge about the critical issues they face, and can connect them to donors and partners who can help. ICF also provides a streamlined grant process that offers financial support of nonprofit projects and initiatives through the generosity of our fund creators.
The Forever Idaho Regional Grant Program connects passionate donors with community needs for maximum impact. It is funded through the generosity of donors who recognize that the needs within communities and among nonprofits are constantly changing. They have entrusted ICF with the flexibility to forever meet those needs.
The program is based on our philosophy of community-driven philanthropy and distributes greatest need funding through grants.
This program awards general operating grants. If awarded, funds may be used for any direct or indirect costs related to the organization’s activities, including payroll, rent, utilities, supplies and equipment, project costs, capital improvements, and/or programmatic needs.

Eligibility

Southwestern Region Cycle (Deadline August 15):Open to applicants from Ada, Adams, Boise, Canyon, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, Valley, and Washington counties.South Central Region Cycle (Deadline August 15):Open to applicants from Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Elmore, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, and Twin Falls counties. The Idaho Community Foundation makes grants to 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charities under IRS Code Section 170 and governmental entities including public schools.
