ICF also provides a streamlined grant process that offers financial support of nonprofit projects and initiatives through the generosity of our fund creators. Forever Idaho Regional Grant Program The Forever Idaho Regional Grant Program connects passionate donors with community needs for maximum impact. It is funded through the generosity of donors who recognize that the needs within communities and among nonprofits are constantly changing. They have entrusted ICF with the flexibility to forever meet those needs. The program is based on our philosophy of community-driven philanthropy and distributes greatest need funding through grants. This program awards general operating grants. If awarded, funds may be used for any direct or indirect costs related to the organization’s activities, including payroll, rent, utilities, supplies and equipment, project costs, capital improvements, and/or programmatic needs.
