Geographic Scope: Fall Mountain Regional School District (FMRSD) and surrounding area schools in New Hampshire

The Fall Mountain Educational Endowment Association (FMEEA) offers grants to benefit students residing within the FMRSD. Two grant cycles are offered annually.

    Financial Process

    For FMRSD schools:

  • All receipts and payment requests submitted to District Grants Manager

For other schools:

  • FMEEA grant funds paid directly to school by check

  • Reimbursement made to school before June 20th

  • Payments only made after all grant activities have been completed
    • Post-Award

    • Grant award decisions announced approximately 10 days after deadline
    • Successful applicants may be asked to present to the Board after implementation

    How to Apply

    Grant Application Process

    Timeline Overview:
    1. Online application submission
    2. Confirmation email receipt
    3. Document signing and return
    4. Grant decision announcement (approximately 10 days after deadline)
    5. Optional Board presentation after implementation

    Application Steps

    1. Submit online application
    - Deadline: End of 1st day of deadline month (March 1st or October 1st)
    - Late submissions will not be accepted
    - Access application at: https://www.fmeea.com/grant-application-process (Click "Click Here to Apply for a Grant")

    2. Receive confirmation email
    - Confirmation sent within a couple of days of online submission
    - Email from: FMEEAssoc@gmail.com
    - Contains attachment to print and sign

    3. Print, sign, and return document
    - Print the attachment from confirmation email
    - Obtain signatures from:
    - Grant applicant
    - School administrator/principal
    - Scan signed document
    - Email back to: FMEEAssoc@gmail.com
    - Deadline: By the 10th of the deadline month
    - Application is not considered for funding until signed document is returned

    4. Await decision
    - Board announces decisions approximately 10 days after application deadline

    5. Possible presentation
    - Successful applicants may be asked to present to the Board after implementation of their proposal

      Important Requirements

    • Principal approval required: All funding requests must have approval from the principal of the school to be benefitted
