Overview
U.S. EPA-funded grants under Clean Water Act Section 319(h) to support watershed-based initiatives that implement watershed plans and address nonpoint source pollution. Requires 40% mandatory nonfederal cost share. Supports pilot projects, technical assistance, information exchange, and on-the-ground implementation. Projects must align with approved Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) or existing Watershed-Based Plans. A 9-Element Watershed plan accepted by Utah Division of Water Quality is required for eligibility.
