Overview: MFEE awards grants to support social justice and equity initiatives in Montclair Public Schools. These competitive grants support schools working to advance racial literacy, anti-racist education, and social justice curriculum design.

2. Northeast Elementary School: $10,000 grant to build stronger racial literacy, provide school-wide professional development to address racial bias, and host facilitated critical analysis groups around "Belonging Through a Culture of Dignity."

3. Charles H. Bullock Elementary School (2022, $10,000): Social justice-focused arts program (inaugural award)
