Program Overview:
Healthy Neighborhoods has received more than $5 million in grants from the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) to make energy saving improvements to nonprofit-owned buildings serving low-income individuals. HNI was also awarded $5 million from the Baltimore Energy Initiative (BEI) for grants and loans to nonprofits and small businesses to make their buildings more energy efficient.

Energy efficiency improvements for buildings operated by nonprofits and small businesses. Money saved on energy can be directed to the organization's mission.
