Geographic Scope: Baltimore City neighborhoods within HNI network

Focus Areas:
HNI-funded grants that support neighborhood marketing and project organizing that build the real estate market and strengthen social connections among neighbors. Eligible projects include:

• Lighting
• Community Events
• Neighborhood clean-ups
• Printed Marketing Materials
• Neighborhood night out with cops and community
• League equipment
• Art "Placemaking"
• Realtor outreach
• Newsletters
• New neighbor events
• School tours
• Sign construction

Eligibility:

• Projects must be located in HNI neighborhood network areas
• Neighborhoods must submit official application

• North Baltimore and Heritage Crossing
• Edmonson and South Baltimore
• Central and Northeast Baltimore
