- Participating employers may develop additional eligibility requirements for their employees
Loan Terms:
- Forgivable loan (20% per year over 5 years)
- Buyer must contribute at least $1,000 towards purchase
- Property must be used as principal residence
- Participating employers may establish additional restrictions including eligible neighborhoods
