Emergency Assistance Program
Overview: The SFWF Emergency Assistance program provides partial or entire payments to assist individuals who are employed but have difficulty with employment for a variety of reasons.
Geographic Scope: Franklin County, Ohio only
Funding Focus Areas:
- Must show need based on income level
- Must demonstrate how payment of the expense assists with employment and ongoing self-sufficiency
- Must live in Franklin County, Ohio
- Must be employed or seeking employment
Eligibility Requirements
- Rental payments

- Emergency transportation
- Childcare
- Healthcare costs
What SFWF Funds
- One-time emergency assistance only
- SFWF will consider specific situations for each applicant
- May approve amounts under or over the amount requested
- Limited resources available
