Overview: The SFWF Emergency Assistance program provides partial or entire payments to assist individuals who are employed but have difficulty with employment for a variety of reasons.

Geographic Scope: Franklin County, Ohio only

Funding Focus Areas:

  • Emergency transportation expenses

  • Childcare costs

  • Utility bill payments

  • Rent payments

  • Healthcare costs

  • Auto repairs

  • Funeral bills
    • Eligibility Requirements

    • Must show need based on income level
    • Must demonstrate how payment of the expense assists with employment and ongoing self-sufficiency
    • Must live in Franklin County, Ohio
    • Must be employed or seeking employment
