Program Description: EAF supports the East Angel Pantry, providing free food access to students and families

  • Daily: Free, non-perishable meal packs and fresh fruit available in the nurse's office

  • Every Friday after school: Meal packs and fresh fruit in the Commons

  • School front door: Meal packs available (times not specified)

  • Monthly: Parents can visit the Pantry in the Commons for non-perishable foods, fresh produce, bread, meat, and toiletries

  • Founded in 2010 by EHS parent Margaret Berzins who saw need for weekend meals

  • Supported by Food Bank of the Rockies, We Don't Waste, and EAF

  • Meal Packs Distributed: Over 5,000 packs, averaging 400 per year

    • Mission: Ensure no student chooses between education and basic needs at East High School
