History: The East High School Alumni Scholarship Fund was established in 1926 by the classes of 1923–1926 and revived in 1995. Since 2011, EAF has expanded and managed the program. Since the program's revival, EAF has awarded $1,005,000 to 484 graduating seniors. The Cleworth LEAP Scholarship marks its 10th anniversary in 2025, having awarded over $1 million to 13 exceptional students since 2016.
