Must demonstrate financial and leadership stability

Must provide most recent audit of organization's financials

Application Requirements:

Must use Colorado Common Grant Application format

Submit most recent audited financials

Evaluation Criteria:

Effectiveness of the organization in addressing the priority areas stated

Financial stability of the organization

Leadership stability of the organization

Timeline:

Applications due: March 15 (annually)

Decisions made: End of April
