Dr. Robert C. and Tina Sohn Foundation Grants

The Dr. Robert C. and Tina Sohn Foundation offers grants aimed at supporting environmental initiatives, alternative health care, and the arts, with a focus on educational projects for underserved youth. While grants are primarily concentrated in New York and Massachusetts, there are no strict geographic limitations. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) organizations dedicated to these causes, and the foundation also allows for flexibility in funding additional projects deemed beneficial by the Trustees.

NOTE: While the Foundation gives no explicit geographic restrictions, and grants have been made in other states, historical giving has been concentrated in New York and Massachusetts.
The Foundation will fund as many qualified projects as its annual budget allows. Please review the following guidelines in detail if you would like to request funding from the Foundation. The Board of Trustees will meet periodically to review potential grants.
While the scope of the Foundation's efforts are largely centered on the environment and alternative health care modalities, the Foundation has the flexibility to contribute to such other causes as the Trustees believe are consistent with the Sohns' vision, including alleviation of poverty, education and the arts.
