David M. Dolan Scholarship Grant

The David M. Dolan Scholarship, offered by the International Association for Great Lakes Research, supports master's and Ph.D. students engaged in applied environmental statistics and modeling related to the Great Lakes. The scholarship provides a $3,000 award, complimentary conference registration, and IAGLR membership. Recipients must present their research at the annual IAGLR conference. Eligibility is limited to those whose research aligns with Dr. Dolan's work, and previous awardees are not eligible.

Purpose
The David M. Dolan Scholarship supports individuals pursuing a future in applied environmental statistics/modeling pertaining to the Great Lakes.

Terms and Conditions
The David M. Dolan Scholarship will be awarded with the recipient’s prior understanding and acknowledgement that they will present their supported research at IAGLR's annual Conference on Great Lakes Research.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship, the applicant mustbe a master's or Ph.D. student whose current research is in the spirit of Dr. Dolan's work, using quantitative and applied tools focused on Great Lakes ecosystemsnot have received the award previouslynot be a current member of the IAGLR Board of Directors or part of a current board member's immediate family (parents, children, spouse, siblings)
