Overview
'Get up to $200,000 to Advance Your Commercial or Multifamily Project.' CORE provides funding for energy efficiency and electrification projects through grants and rebates. For grant-eligible projects: 'Commercial and Multifamily Applicants Only. Grant awards can be up to $200,000. Applications accepted on a rolling basis.' Funding is available to community members in Pitkin County, Garfield County and Eagle County. Multifamily buildings are defined as complexes with four or more units; projects must be in common areas and/or every unit.
