Community Arts Grants

Overview: Arts4MC offers Community Arts Grants of up to $7,500 annually to nonprofit organizations to bring public arts and culture programs to life, whether launching new initiatives or sustaining beloved programs.

Geographic Scope: Monterey County, California

Eligibility:

Nonprofit organizations with total revenue up to $3 million

Each organization can receive one grant per year

Must complete final report for any previous grant before applying again

Focus Areas: Public arts and culture programs

Application Cycles:

Spring Cycle: March – April (March 16 - April 13, 2026)

Fall Cycle: October – November

Funding Sources: County of Monterey Board of Supervisors, The David & Lucile Packard Foundation, Todd Lueders Fund of the Community Foundation for Monterey County
