Boone Dixon Memorial Scholarship

Overview: The scholarship in memory of Boone Dixon is a collaboration of his family, former student-athletes, and Maryville Junior High colleagues. The Boone Dixon Memorial Scholarship will provide scholarships to well-rounded, determined, and compassionate students graduating from Maryville High who exemplifies many of the qualities that made Boone Dixon so special. He had an insatiable curiosity for the world around him, a passion for being active in nature, and sincere care for people near and far.

Geographic Scope: Maryville City Schools, Maryville, Tennessee

Award Details:

Two one-time scholarships of $2,500

One award to one male and one female Maryville High School graduating senior

Can go towards college, university, or vocational school

Eligibility:

Maryville High School graduating seniors

Well-rounded students

Determined students

Compassionate students
