Community Foundation of Howard County The Community Foundation of Howard County (CFHC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity with the goal of improving the quality of life in Howard County, primarily through endowment building and coordinated grant-making services. Scholarships The Community Foundation of Howard County works with local philanthropists to provide scholarships to Howard County students who show exceptional promise. Each scholarship is uniquely designed to meet the donors eligibility requirements. Bob Kittleman Scholarship There is up to $1,000 available for a scholarship(s) to a Howard County High School student currently in their senior year, which has shown potential in or is accomplished in engineering and the applied sciences.
