ARS New Investigator Research Grant

The ARS New Investigator Research Grant aims to support innovative research in rhinology, including basic, translational, and clinical projects. The funding period is non-renewable and lasts up to 24 months. Eligible candidates include American Rhinologic Society members who have completed residency and lack significant prior funding. The number of grants awarded is contingent upon the merit of applications received, as determined by the ARS Board of Directors. This grant provides a unique opportunity for emerging researchers in the field.

The purpose of this award is to support basic, translational, or clinical research projects in rhinology.
Period: Up to 24 months, non-renewable
Funding: The ARS Board of Directors will determine the total number of Research Grants authorized annually. The actual number of awards funded will depend on the merit of the applications received.

Eligibility

Funding may not be used for salary support for the Principal Investigator; however, up to 50% of the total budget may be requested to support assistants or other technical personnel.Any member of the American Rhinologic Society who has completed residency and has not received previous, significant outside funding is eligible
