Alma White - Delta Chapter, Delta Kappa Gamma Scholarship Alma White was a long-time teacher and principal in Hawai'i. Upon her passing, she left a great part of her assets to the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, Delta Chapter, of which she was a member. The Society is an educational society dedicated to the advancement of women educators. The Chapter members established this scholarship which will enable future generations of Hawai'i students to pursue teaching as their life's calling.
