Aging Adults Program Support Grants

The Aging Adults Program Support Grants foster community development by providing financial assistance to nonprofit organizations focused on enhancing the quality of life for aging adults. These grants prioritize services for vulnerable populations in Duval County, particularly those that support direct care for seniors and their caregivers. Eligible organizations must have a 501(c)(3) status and a minimum annual budget of $100,000. Applications follow a two-step process, ensuring a structured approach to funding allocation.

These grants support organizations launching, expanding, or improving services. Priority is given to programs serving vulnerable populations and addressing unmet community needs.

Eligibility

Eligibility for Nonprofit Organizations:Nonprofit organizations with current 501(c)(3) status and a 2-year work history
Annual operating budget of $100,000 or above
Located in and serving Duval County, with some limited support available for services in Baker, Clay, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns counties

Ineligibility

Fundraising event sponsorships
Schools and school-based organizations (PTAs, boosters, etc)
Requests outside our region (must be in: Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau or St. Johns counties, with a primary focus on Duval)
Programs promoting religious beliefsGrants may be made to faith-based organizations for the non-religious programs offered to the broader community
