Ward M. Hamilton — President of the ZOLL Foundation Board of Directors. Elected president in 2018, Mr. Hamilton joined ZOLL Medical as vice president of marketing in 1992 and retired as senior vice president in 2017. He has worked in the field of resuscitation and devices for more than 40 years. He holds a BA in political science from Hartwick College and a master's degree in public administration from the University of Southern California.
Richard A. Packer — Secretary. Mr. Packer is a Vice Presidential Executive officer of Asahi Kasei. He joined ZOLL Medical in 1992 and became president of the company in 1996. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and engineering degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
John P. Bergeron — Treasurer. Mr. Bergeron joined ZOLL Medical in 2000 and retired as the company's vice president and corporate treasurer.
