We advocate for yoga, in its wholeness, and for all human beings in theirs. Yoga Alliance is a nonprofit association of yoga professionals, practitioners, and advocates that believe if more people practice yoga the better the world will be. Through three foundational commitments, uplifting yoga's transformative power, surfacing and reducing barriers to practice, and building engaged communitywe work to ensure yoga is accessible, inclusive for all regardless of location or circumstance.
