THE FOUNDATION ALSO SOLICITS AND RAISES FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE AND MANAGEMENT OF PROPERTY, IMPROVED OR UNIMPROVED, EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE EDUCATIONAL BENEFIT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA'S COLLEGE AT WISE.
