Mission Statement: The foundation supports services and programs that strengthen the Baltimore community and that create opportunities for individuals, especially children, to grow, prosper, and lead meaningful lives in a safe and healthy environment.

Primary Funding Areas:

• Early Learning and Family Supports — Programs that nurture and strengthen parents and young families; early learning programs providing high-quality learning environments for children ages 0-5 with emphasis on literacy
• Education — Programs prioritizing parent and caregiver engagement; programs preparing motivated students for college and careers; programs with demonstrated success in increasing student literacy, math skills, and overall academic achievement for kindergarten through grade 12 students; limited support for individual schools
• Mental Health and Health Care — Programs supporting maternal prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum health and mental health; mental health supports for young people from kindergarten through early careers; health and mental health services for children ages 0-5 with focus on reducing toxic stress and trauma
• Jewish Causes — Support for works inspired by Jewish faith tradition and its values, with primary focus on Baltimore community
