SPECIFICALLY, THE FOUNDATION SHALL RECEIVE, MANAGE AND INVEST CONTRIBUTIONS, GIFTS AND BEQUESTS EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SCHOOL AND IN SUPPORT OF ITS CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AS PRIORITIZED BY THE SCHOOL'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
