Aileen Getty — Founder & President

Aileen has been an active philanthropist throughout her adult life. Her philanthropic history includes support for homelessness, HIV/AIDS research and treatment, greening of urban spaces, the arts, community building in Africa, meditation in schools, and peacebuilding in the Middle East. Over the past decade, she has dedicated the bulk of her time and philanthropic resources to addressing the climate emergency.

In 2005, Aileen founded Gettlove, a nonprofit organization providing housing for homeless individuals in the Los Angeles community. In 2021, Gettlove joined forces with The Center in Hollywood. She has served on several nonprofit boards including as Founding Donor of the Climate Emergency Fund, Trustee for amfAR (the Foundation for AIDS Research), Ambassador to the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation, and Advisory Board Member of The Center in Hollywood.

Sarah Ezzy — Vice President

Sarah brings deep expertise in philanthropy, previously serving as a Director at Global Philanthropy Group, a strategic philanthropic consulting firm. In that role, she advised dozens of high-net-worth individuals and corporations on philanthropic strategies across climate change, global poverty alleviation, global health, girls' education, conflict resolution, education, and sustainable agriculture.
