OSLC APPLIES THAT UNDERSTANDING TO HEALTHY DEVELOPMENT AND FAMILY FUNCTIONING. THAT UNDERSTANDING IS APPLIED TO THE DESIGN AND EVALUATION OF INTERVENTIONS THAT STRENGTHEN CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS, FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES.
