TO FURTHER THE SCIENTIFIC AND ENGINEERING EDUCATION OF DOCTORAL LEVEL GRADUATE AND CONTINUING EDUCATION STUDENTS THROUGH AEROSPACE RESEARCH IN COOPERATION WITH, AND AS A CONSORTIUM OF, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES IN OHIO, AND TO STIMULATE ACADEMIC, GOVERNMENTAL AND PRIVATE SECTOR SUPPORT OF AND COOPERATION WITH SUCH EDUCATION.
