THE MISSION STATEMENT OF THE IHEIA IS: TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT HUNTEREDUCATION IN THE STATE OF IOWA.THE PURPOSE OF THE IHEIA IS TO ORGANIZE HUNTER EDUCATION INSTRUCTORSTHROUGHOUT IOWA INTO AN ASSOCIATION WITH THE FOLLOWING GOALS.A. A DEDICATION TO MAKING HUNTER EDUCATION AVAILABLE TO ALL CITIZENS OF THE STATEOF IOWA;B. TO WORK WITH VARIOUS AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS REGARDING THE DEVELOPMENTAND IMPROVEMENT OF IOWA HUNTER EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND WILDLIFECONSERVATION;C. TO PROVIDE EXPOSURE TO STATE-OF-THE-ART TRENDS IN HUNTER EDUCATION;D. TO PROMOTE AWARENESS AND SHARE INFORMATION REGARDING NEW DEVELOPMENTS INHUNTER EDUCATION; ANDE. TO PROVIDE A FORUM WHEREIN MEMBERS CAN DISCUSS ISSUES, PROPOSE SOLUTIONS,AND SOLICIT SUPPORT FROM THE IHEIA.
