IN ORDER TO ENCOURAGE THE HIGHEST EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS IN THE CHILLICOTHE PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND TO INCREASE COMMUNITY PRIDE IN THOSE SCHOOLS, THE CHILLICOTHE EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION IS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ENRICHMENT OF PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES WHERE A NEED IS DETERMINED. THE PURPOSE OF THIS FOUNDATION SHALL BE TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER GIFTS AND BEQUESTS WHICH SHALL BENEFIT EDUCATION IN THE CHILLICOTHE R-II PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
