Muskingum County Community Foundation The Mission of the Muskingum County Community Foundation is to improve quality of life in the community by nurturing opportunities and serving needs through collaboration and philanthropy. The Envisioned Future of the Muskingum County Community Foundation is that Muskingum County’s quality of life attracts organizations and people to pursue their dreams and practice their passions. Zack Smith O.P.O.T.A./Law Enforcement Scholarship To know Zack was to love Zack, he was just that person. We were truly blessed to have had him with us for 21 years and 16 days. He made the most out of every one of those days. He created his own legacy and didn't even know he was doing so. Zack loved life, it is that simple. He loved his family, his job, and he loved hunting. Every day, 365 days a year involved something with hunting. From editing film to hanging tree stands to talking hunting or planning the next hunting trip, this was what he loved. Zack was fortunate enough to have his hunting footage appear on Mathew's Dominate Bucks and was on the Pro Staff, he was also the Co-host of Stick and String TV. This was all something he took great pride in and had worked hard to achieve these goals. Zack had other goals that will never be fulfilled; one was to make a difference in the lives of others. This is why he chose Law Enforcement as a career. It is our goal to assist others who have such a great desire for helping others just as Zack did. Be that person who makes a difference, just as Zack would have continued to do. -Mitch, Kim, and Kristofer SmithEligibility
