The Foundation for Enhancing Communities The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) is a community foundation serving South Central Pennsylvania with a mission to inspire giving, partner with donors to achieve their charitable goals, and strengthen local communities for current and future generations. Guided by core values of inclusion, stewardship, endurance, and integrity, TFEC invests in a broad range of community needs through grantmaking, donor-advised funds, nonprofit services, and regional initiatives. Its funding priorities include early childhood education, women and girls’ well-being, arts and culture, community development, health and human services, and other programs that advance equity and long-term community impact. Zachary Moore Music Memorial Fund The Zachary Moore Music Memorial Fund is intended to support music development as envisioned by our son, Zachary. He wanted to pursue a non-traditional, innovative, and creative approach to bring forth music and help release the music he heard in his mind, body and soul.

Eligibility

Graduated from any of the following local schools: Susquehanna Township High School, Harrisburg High School, Sci-Tech High School, Capital Area School for the Arts (CASA), Steelton-Highspire High School, Central Dauphin, or Central Dauphin East High School or currently attending Lebanon Valley College as a freshman, sophomore, junior or senior  Minimum 2.5 GPA Attendance at a two-year or four-year college or university, or creative arts/music school for the study of music Extra consideration will be given to those who plan to pursue audio engineering, non-traditional or other innovative forms of creative musical expression as well as high school students entering Lebanon Valley College for studying the same.  Plans to attend school either full-time or part-time  Evidence of extracurricular activities or volunteerism Financial need
