Workforce Investment Network (WIN) Program

Program Type: Intensive 24-week workforce development and coding bootcamp with job placement

Geographic Scope: Carolinas (North Carolina focus)

Target Audience:

  • Adults seeking career change or entry into technology field

  • Full-time parents re-entering workforce

  • Veterans transitioning to civilian careers

  • Economically disadvantaged individuals

  • Those without college degrees or with degrees lacking relevant skills

  • Individuals experiencing hardship or career displacement
  • Key Features:

  • During Program Compensation: Approximately $18/hour ($2,500/month)

  • Post-Graduation Base Salary: $55,000

  • Expected Salary Growth: Over six figures in less than 3 years

  • Duration: Intensive 24-week training

  • Job Placement: Guaranteed transition to full-time technology role upon graduation (if criteria met)

  • 100% graduation rate achieved in Cohort 3 (run entirely virtually during COVID-19)
  • Program Components:
