Outreach Ministry Grant We meet quarterly to fund grant applications and make a difference. Woodmont Christian Church’s mission statement is “Growing disciples of Christ by seeking God, sharing love, and serving others." Our outreach priorities are focused on “serving others,” specifically those with the greatest needs in our community. Why do we support other organizations? Giving is part of our DNA. Woodmont was founded as a missional church. Over 22% of our budget each year goes directly to non-profit organizations in Nashville. We financially support over 50 organizations through our Outreach Grant program.
