Partnership between United Way of Greater Greensboro and BB&T to empower emerging women leaders to invest in community impact. This program allows women to benefit from being a leadership donor while building toward higher giving levels.

- Year 3: Donor contributes $1,000 with no additional match → Sustains leadership level
