Wise Family Scholarship Grant

The Wise Family Scholarship, offered by the Muskingum County Community Foundation, supports graduating seniors from Muskingum County high schools pursuing higher education in music-related fields. Applicants need a minimum GPA of 2.5, must have been active in music, and demonstrate community service. Preference is given to students from Zanesville and Philo High Schools. This scholarship embodies the Foundation's mission to enhance the community's quality of life through education and philanthropy.

Mission & Vision
The Envisioned Future of the Muskingum County Community Foundation is that Muskingum County’s quality of life attracts organizations and people to pursue their dreams and practice their passions.
Since its founding, MCCF has awarded more than $8 million to local charities and currently has over $22 million in assets.
Applicants must be a graduating senior attending a Muskingum County high school pursuing higher education opportunities at a 4-year institution in music education, music performance, musical theatre, or theatre degrees.

Eligibility

The applicant must have at least a 2.5 GPA and have been active in music during high school. The applicant must also show evidence of community service and currently be a member of a performance group of some kind.
